What is DHA?
Docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA, also known as brain gold, is a polyunsaturated fatty acid of the docosahexaenoic
acid Omega-3 series. DHA has 22 carbon atoms and 6 unsaturated double bonds, which begin at the third carbon
atom at the methyl end. It plays an important role in human brain, nerve, vision development and cardiovascular
nutrition support.

1. Assist brain cell development DHA is an important component of brain cell membrane, participates in the
